We had a few friends over on New Year's to ring in 2008 in style. Z & I hosted a last-minute shindig where our guests happily participated in our Destroy the Floor theme. Since we're getting new hardwood floors we sent the formerly carpet-covered plywood packing with a nice new paint job.

Gosh, i can't believe i wasn't invited to this party. I guess I need a husband to be included in these types of activities. That will be my 2008 goal.
Um, Natalie, if you weren't such a jet-setting world traveler you could have totally come to this party. Maybe stay in the US for a while.
Why aren't there any pictures of Zak working on the floor?
